As various users reported, HBO Max began playing Justice League after pausing an ongoing stream of Tom & Jerry. Some users were able to watch an entire hour before HBO Max corrected the error.
The leak has since been fixed, so DC fans will have to wait until next week after all. Zack Snyder's Justice League will be released worldwide on 18 March.

Disney has confirmed that production for 'Sister Act 3' has started, with Whoopi Goldberg reprising her role as Deloris Van Cartier and Tyler Perry set to produce the movie alongside Goldberg. The third installment of Sister Act will premiere ion Disney Plus, but no release date is known yet.

On Thursday, Warner Bros. announced that it would release all of its 2021 movies on HBO Max at the same time they hit theatres. New releases will be available to stream on HBO Max for a month and then will continue theatrically in the U.S. and international territories.
Movies that are scheduled to launch in 2021 include Denzel Washington’s The Little Things, Dune, Godzilla vs. Kong, Mortal Kombat, and Matrix 4.

After months of delays due to Covid-19, Warner Bros. has decided to release its upcoming blockbuster Wonder Woman 1984 on its HBO Max streaming service the same day it hits theatres in the U.S., December 25. The sequel to the 2017 hit was originally supposed to be released in June, then moved to October.
According to a press release, the film will debut in theatres internationally on December 16.

No Time to Die, the 25th James Bond film, had its release delayed until April 2, 2021. Supposed to arrive in April 2020, the movie release had already been postponed to November 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
"We understand the delay will be disappointing to our fans, but we now look forward to sharing NO TIME TO DIE next year."
The movie marks Daniel Craig's final appearance as British secret service agent, 007.

Christopher Nolan's new movie "Tenet" garnered around $20.2 million in the US over Labor Day weekend. Usually, Nolan's movies make around $50m during an opening weekend but around 45% of the country's film venues remain closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Domestically, while our results show positive like-for-like theatre indicators compared to previous films such as Dunkirk, there is literally no context in which to compare the results of a film opening during a pandemic with any other circumstance. We are in unprecedented territory, so any comparisons to the pre-COVID world would be inequitable and baseless," Warner Bros said in a statement.

Disney CEO Bob Chapek announced the movie "Mulan" will premiere on the service on September 4 for $29.99. On markets where Disney Plus is not available, the film will be released theatrically.
The announcement was made on the company’s earnings call after the market close Tuesday.
Mulan was originally scheduled to debut in March but due to the Covid-19 pandemic it was moved to July 24, then to August 21, and few weeks ago it was postponed indefinitely.

The Walt Disney Company will not release several movies for the time being. The company announced it is postponing the premiere of Mulan indefinitely and is also pushing back the sequels to James Cameron's Avatar and the release of the Star Wars trilogy films by a year each.
Mulan was initially slated to be released in March, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was delayed to July and then to August.

Warner Bros. has removed 'Tenet' from its release calendar. Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi thriller was set to hit theatres on August 12 but the company cited "continued uncertainty," to vacate the date.
Toby Emmerich, chairman of Warner Bros. Pictures Group, said: "Our goals throughout this process have been to ensure the highest odds of success for our films while also being ready to support our theater partners with new content as soon as they could safely reopen,".

Disney postponed the debut of its live-action movie Mulan to August 21. The picture was originally scheduled to debut in March but was moved to July 24 when the Covid-19 pandemic forced movie theaters around the world to close.

Theatrical release of Christopher Nolan's new espionage movie "Tenet" has been delayed further and is set to hit theatres on August 12. The film's release date had been pushed to July 31 from July 17 just a few weeks ago. A spokesperson of Warner Bros. said that they are "committed to bringing 'Tenet' to audiences in theaters, on the big screen, when exhibitors are ready and public health officials say it’s time."

"Greyhound", a World War II drama starring Tom Hanks, will be released on Apple TV+ on July 10. The drama is an adaptation of C.S. Forester's novel The Good Shepherd and the script was written by Tom Hanks. "Greyhound" was supposed to be released in theatres but due to Covid-19, it will premiere exclusively and digitally on Apple TV+ in over 100 countries.

The production on the sequel of the critically acclaimed animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has started. Sony Imageworks lead animator Nick Kondo share a short announcement animation on his Twitter account, writing: "First day on the job!" The movie release date has recently been pushed to spring of 2022.

The film "Cook Off" from Zimbabwean film producer Joe Njagu premiered on Netflix on June 1st. This film follows a struggling single mother who enters a cooking competition where she finds love. It had a small budget of $8000 and was made with the help of Njagu's personal relationships without immediate payment. Njagu made the film to show the world "that there is more to Zimbabwe than what they hear."
