After a surprise announcement on Thursday, Taylor Swift has released her second studio album in 2020 called "Evermore".
"We just couldn't stop writing songs," Swift explains the quick succession in a posting on Instagram. The escapism of her last album had done her so much good that she wanted to continue writing stories about dream landscapes and tragedies, as she did with "Folklore" together with Aaron Dessner from the indie band The National.

Taylor Swift has announced that she will be voting for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
"The change we need most is to elect a president who recognizes that people of color deserve to feel safe and represented, that women deserve the right to choose what happens to their bodies, and that the LGBTQIA+ community deserves to be acknowledged and included," Swift told V Magazine, adding that she believes under Bidenx and Harris, "America has a chance to start the healing process it so desperately needs."

Taylor Swift has announced the surprise debut of her 8th studio album called "Folklore" which will be released tonight at midnight, featuring collaborations with Bon Iver, Aaron Dessner and William Bowery.
"Most of the things I had planned this summer didn’t end up happening, but there is something I hadn’t planned on that DID happen. And that thing is my 8th studio album, folklore. Surprise 🤗Tonight at midnight I’ll be releasing my entire brand new album of songs I’ve poured all of my whims, dreams, fears, and musings into," so Swift in a post on Instagram.
