Dr Raniere Guerra, assistant director-general for strategic initiatives for the WHO, warns of a devasting second wave of Covid-19 infections that could cause millions of deaths, comparing Covid-19 with the Spanish Flu. The comparison is with the Spanish Flu, which behaved exactly like Covid: it went down in the summer and fiercely resumed in September and October, creating 50 million deaths during the second wave," so Dr Guerra.
