Tony and Emmy award-winning actor and director Hal Holbrook has died at the age of 95. Holbrook is known for his portrayal of Mark Twain in the self-directed one-man show "Mark Twain Tonight" and his roles in "Into the Wild", "Lincoln" and "All the President's Men".
