Portugal's Miguel Oliveira scored his maiden win in a dramatic MotoGP race on Sunday in the Grand Prix of Styria. This was also the first win in the class for Portugal and Tech 3. Olivera snatched the win in the last corner from Jack Miller and Pol Espargaro. The race was marked by another high-speed crash, with Viñales jumping off his bike at over 200km/h after losing his brakes.

Fabio Quartararo continues to lead the championship. Andrea Dovizioso is in second and Jack Miller is now third.

The Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso took a thrilling win on the Red Bull Ring this Sunday. Joan Mir (Team Suzuki Ecstar) had his first-ever podium finish and Jack Miller (Pramac Racing) was third. The race had to be restarted after a horrific crash by Morbidelli and Zarco, both lucky to escape with no big injuries. Their bikes collided at high speed and nearly hit Viñales and Rossi, who managed to avoid crashing. The victory for the Italian Dovizioso comes just one day after he announced that he will part ways with the factory Ducati team at the end of the season.

Quartararo leads the standings from Dovizioso, Viñales, last weekend's winner Binder, and the legend Valentino Rossi.
