A saliva-based Covid-19 test developed by the Yale University and funded by the National Basketball Association and the National Basketball Players Association has gotten emergency authorization by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
The new salvia test from Yale University only costs around $4, compared to $60 in the best cased for the competing salvia test that has been developed at Rutgers University lap. Both tests have been granted the same permission by the Food and Drug Administration.

The Ivy League is the first Division I conference to cancel its fall sports season, postponing football and various other sports until at least January of 2021.
"With the information available to us today regarding the continued spread of the virus, we simply do not believe we can create and maintain an environment for the intercollegiate athletic competition that meets our requirements for safety and acceptable levels of risk," so a statement by the Ivy League presidents.
The course with the title "Psychology and the Good Life" was originally taught in spring 2018 by the psychology professor Laurie Santos. Since then it has become the most demanded course at the university with over 1,182 enrolled students. Due to the huge request, Laurie Santos has adapted the course for online learning and published it on Coursera, gathering over 600,000 enrolled students.
