Report: Donald Trump has paid $750 in federal income taxes in 2016

The New York Times has reported that US President Donald Trump for 10 of the past 15 years did not pay any income taxes due to reporting losses from his businesses. In 2016 and 2017, Trump has reportedly paid $750 in federal income taxes.

In addition to paying little or no income taxes, the New York Times reports that Trump is in a legal battle with the IRS over a $72,9 million tax refund that he received which the IRS is now disputing and wants back from him.

IRS sent Coronavirus Stimulus Payments to Dead People

Family members of deceased US residents are reporting that their dead relatives had received the Coronavirus relief fund payments from the IRS. The $1,200 stimulus payments were deposited into the dead people's bank account, well after the family had informed the authorities of their loved one's passing. As of now, there are conflicting statements whether the families can keep the payments.
