Man sentenced to jail after lighting a 5G tower up

Michael Whitty, 47, has been sentenced to three years in prison for an arson attack on a phone mast in Kirkby, UK. The man had attacked the phone mast after reading conspiracy theories that linked the 5G technology to the Covid-19 pandemic. The mast was out of use for eleven days and the damage done was between £10,000 to £15,000
