Vettel to leave Ferrari at the end of the season

In a joint declaration, the Ferrari F1 team and 4-time world champion Sebastian Vettel have announced that this year is to be Vettel's last with Ferrari: "The team and I have realised that there is no longer a common desire to stay together beyond the end of this season."

The decision is effectively the first move in a chair dance that will determine team driver pairings for 2021, as many driver contracts are set to end in 2020.
