Tour de France: Julian Alaphilippe wins second stage

French rider Julian Alaphilippe has won the second stage of the Tour de France.

British rider Adam Yates came in second, Swiss rider Marc Hirschi in third.

Overall, Alaphilippe has a four-second lead over Yates, with Hirschi in third place three seconds further back ahead of Monday’s hilly Stage 3 from Nice to Sisteron.
