Tennis icon Roger Federer tops the "World's 100 Highest-Paid Athletes" list by Forbes, after earning $106.3 million - $100 million from endorsements - during the past 12 months.
Following the Swiss tennis player on the top of the list: Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr. and LeBron James.
