Hong Kong tightens social distancing rules as Covid-19 cases spike
As Hong Kong reports 1,164 new Covid-19 cases in the past two weeks, with only 113 of these imported cases, the government tightens the social distancing rules in order to prevent a further spread. From Wednesday dining-in won't be permitted, bars will remain closed and apart from people living in the same residence group gatherings need to be limited to two people.
The government had already ordered the public to wear masks outdoors with the exemption of people eating, drinking or for those with health conditions.
