Donald Trump is said to skip the unveiling of former President Barack Obama's portrait at the White House. For the past 40 years, each first-time president would hold a ceremony for the unveiling of the official portrait of his predecessor at the White House. According to NBC News, Obama would not participate in the event "so long as Trump is in office, the people familiar with the matter said".
