The statue of Confederate President Jefferson Davis in Richmond, Virginia has been torn down by protestors on Wednesday night. It is the third Confederate monument to be taken down by protestors in Richmond, following the Christopher Columbus statue in Byrd Park and the statue of Confederate leader Williams Carter Wickham in Monroe Park.
