Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has been tested positive for Covid-19, making him the first known U.S. governor that has been infected with the novel Coronavirus. Stitt reported he was feeling fine except for a "little bit achy" and would be self-isolating and working from home for the foreseeable future.

Stitt has been pushing to reopen Oklahoma and has disregarded guidelines and advice from medical health professionals. He also attended Trump's Tulsa rally where he did not wear any face covering. Stitt doesn't believe he could have contracted the virus at the rally as it was "too long ago."
