David Andahl (R), who died from Covid-19 in October, wins North Dakota House of Representatives

Republican David Andahl, who died from Covid-19 in October, has won a seat ion the North Dakota House of Representatives. Andahl, who was 55 when he died, couldn't be removed from the ballot for Tuesday's election.
