Argentina reports 53 new Covid-19 deaths, total is 2,426

The Argentinean Ministry of Health confirmed on Tuesday 53 new deaths from Covid-19 compared to the latest report, making 2,426 fatalities in the country since the start of the outbreak.

The virus case fatality rate continues at 1.8% while the general mortality is 52 people for every million inhabitants. In addition, it was specified that the average age of deceased persons is 75 years.
