Brazil reports 1,437 Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours

The Brazilian Ministry of Health announced Wednesday 1,437 new deaths from Covid-19 across the country in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 97,256 since the beginning of the pandemic.

The Ministry also announced 57,152 new infections -- with a total of 2,859,073 confirmed cases.
